Who we are
Georges Eddie Mayo trading as AuraVia Fitness, Holečkova 25, 150 00 Prague, Czech Republic (“we”), runs auraviafitness.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@auraviafitness.com.
What we collect
Order details (name, delivery address, email, phone, what you bought), payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never see your full card number), product registrations, messages you send us, newsletter sign-ups, and basic technical data (IP address, device, pages visited) through cookies and analytics.
Why we use it
To deliver your order and handle returns and warranty claims (contract); to answer your messages (legitimate interest); to send the newsletter you asked for (consent — unsubscribe any time); to credit affiliates for 30 days after a referral click (legitimate interest); to keep accounting records (legal obligation); and to improve the site with anonymous statistics (consent where required).
Who we share it with
Couriers, our payment providers (Whop, Stripe), our email provider, our hosting provider and analytics providers — only what they need to do their job, under contract. Some providers are outside the EEA; transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: 10 years (tax law). Product registrations: for the warranty period. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Messages: 2 years. Analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, take a copy with you, and withdraw consent at any time — just email info@auraviafitness.com. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
