Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to every EU country, plus Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, from our warehouse in Prague. If your country isn't offered at checkout, contact us and we'll check whether we can deliver.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm CET on a working day leave the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend or on a public holiday, leave the next working day. Large items (rower, air bike, bench) leave within 2 working days.

Tracking

Every parcel travels with a tracked, insured courier. You'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

VAT & customs

Prices include VAT for your EU country, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery within the EU. Orders to the UK, Switzerland and Norway may be charged local import VAT on arrival.

Packaging

Every order is packed in strong cardboard with corner protection. Rechargeable products are shipped partly charged, as couriers require.

Standard tracked · 3–5 working days · €9, free on orders from €150

Express tracked · 1–3 working days · €23

Next-day priority · order before 2pm CET · €100

Free standard delivery is based on your order total after multi-buy savings and before any discount code.
